Work profile

Candidate needs to work closely to secure new business opportunities for the company. Candidate’s prime responsibilities will be to perform B2B outbound calling, emails campaigns and events to generate leads and prospect client list to achieve targets. Technical requirement

Candidate must have MBA Degree with good academic records with 1 year of experience in relevant field.

Candidate must have below mentioned technical/non-technical skills:

• Good knowledge of Salesforce CRM
• Sales out-bounding experience in a B2B context
• Conduct cold and warm outreach through calls and emails to generate new leads Schedule and conduct sales meetings to identify potential sales opportunities and understand client needs
• Identify, understand, and match prospects' needs with market research solutions
• Develop business plans and presentations
• Ability to take reigns to setup localized processes for lead generation and inbound management for the market.
• Coordinating with technical team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
• Maintain proper records of sales activities and client interactions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good Team Player
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Criteria for Selection: We have the following process to select any candidate:

- 2 Technical round (1 F2F, 1 Online)

- Final round (HR Round – telephonic OR face to face in office)
