Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in .NET Framework using C#, ASP.NET, and VB.NET
- Extensive experience with MVC Framework, Entity Framework, and .NET Core
- Strong experience in database design, development, and optimization
- Hands-on experience with Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Server, DevOps, and reporting tools
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, and responsive web design
- Experience with AngularJS, KnockOut.js, or modern JavaScript frameworks is an added advantage
- Experience deploying applications across Development, QA, and Production environments
Leadership & Management Skills
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of .NET developers
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best coding practices and standards
- Plan, assign, and track tasks to ensure timely project delivery
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders for requirement analysis
- Ability to make architectural decisions and guide the team on scalable solutions
- Strong experience in technical documentation and reporting
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities

Salary
Salary is 12 LPA around
