Currently, we are looking for a Fresher Sales Development Representative (SDR). This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in Sales, Business Development, and Client Acquisition. Salary is no bar for the deserving candidate. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, and online research
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable company services
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems
- Follow up with potential clients and nurture leads
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development concepts
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Email)
- Comfortable with calling, emailing, and interacting with clients

Salary
Salary is 3.5 LPA with 1.5 yrs bond
