Fresher SDR (Sales Development Representative) (3 Positions)

Role & Responsibility

Currently, we are looking for a Fresher Sales Development Representative (SDR). This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in Sales, Business Development, and Client Acquisition. Salary is no bar for the deserving candidate. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, and online research
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable company services
  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems
  • Follow up with potential clients and nurture leads
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets

Required Skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development concepts
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Comfortable with calling, emailing, and interacting with clients

Soft Skills

  • Confident, energetic, and enthusiastic personality
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in sales domain
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset

Salary

Salary is 3.5 LPA with 1.5 yrs bond
