Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Salesforce Developer
to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing,
developing, and deploying robust Salesforce solutions, along with excellent
communication and problem-solving abilities. You will collaborate closely with business
stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions on the

Technical requirement:
Candidate must have Engineering OR Masters Degree with good
academic records with 3 to 4 years of experience in relevant field.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and LWC.
- Develop, test, debug, and document code with a focus on scalability, performance,
and security
- Configure declarative tools: Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Workflow
Rules, Custom Objects.
- Participate in and contribute to code reviews, release cycles, and version control
(Git/Bitbucket).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, QA, and UI/UX
designers.
- Support data migrations, ensure data integrity, and resolve production issues in a
timely manner.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, uphold coding standards, and
promote best practices.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to gather
requirements and present solutions.
Preferred/Bonus Skills:
- Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps practices.
- Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Salesforce certification would be an added advantage.

- 2 Technical round (1 F2F and 1 Online)
- Final round (HR Round – telephonic OR face to face in office)
