Role & Responsibility

Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms
- In-depth knowledge of React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
- Experience in designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs with JSON payloads and responses
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript development on both client-side and server-side
- Strong understanding of Promises, Async/Await, and asynchronous programming
- Solid experience with database design and integration, including MongoDB and MySQL
- Good working knowledge of DevOps and cloud services such as AWS/Azure, CI/CD tools like Jenkins, and configuration management tools like Ansible
- Experience in deploying applications and managing feature and patch releases across Development, QA, and Production environments
- Ability to analyze application performance and debug complex production issues
- Familiarity with code versioning tools (Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)
Leadership & Management Skills
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of MERN Stack developers
- Ability to plan, assign, and track tasks to ensure timely project delivery
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Strong experience in technical documentation and project reporting
- Ability to make architectural decisions and guide the team on scalable solutions

Salary
Salary range is 12 - 14 LPA
